Day 3 Rafting on the Snowy River Student goes out for the day to the nearby Snowy River experiencing unique environment, history and of course a paddle down the potent River. The best way to fully experience the Snowy River is included a camp out following to it. He has been put out with 30 cows and heifers and we look forward to seeing his progeny in autumn 2016. With tremendous length, appropriate butt shape and a pretty skin and hair we believe he will be an asset to our stud. Heading out beyond the Karoonda property into the surrounding bush land a variety of succeed routes are accessed. Requiring some Horse Riding confidence half day trips trek through some difficult terrain. The Meadows loop is a favored trip providing wonderful views down over the step Snowy River Valley and to the mountains beyond. Other routes follow the back fences lines out into the Karoonda Property through the surrounding bush and creek gullies. Progressive lesson sessions are available for those willing to improve their riding ability over numerous days or weeks. Trips operate year round catering for both group and individual bookings. The adventure caters for all abilities allowing the more adventurous slip down taut squeezes while other group members can choose the more spacious passage, so it is flawless for the entire family.
