Completed in 2008, gippsland lakehouse is a luxury waterfront 4 bedroom holiday rental house jutting out over the paynesville canals of the gippsland lakes. Taking pride of place is the open fireplace and an oversize bbq. Outdoor speakers complete the setting. There is an outdoor dining suite on the deck as well as comfortable sun lounges. A leather lounge suite surrounds an oversize 50" plasma tv with austar and surround sound. The state of the art open kitchen has caesar stone bench tops and smeg appliances. The dining table seats 10 people with extra seating available with the adjustable bar stools. Downstairs the contemporary open plan living area is perfect for entertaining. There is air conditioning/heating throughout the house including individual controls in all the bedrooms, as well as fly screens. At the rear of the upper level is a study nook with complimentary wireless internet - available even while relaxing on the deck. Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunk beds and bedroom 4 has one set of bunk beds and a pull out trundle. Bedroom 1 features a king size bed while bedroom 2 has two king size singles side by side. All bedrooms are on the upper level including two master bedrooms which overlook the gippsland lakes, ensuite, each with balcony, and flat screen tvs/dvds. Gippsland lakehouse sleeps 11 people comfortably and can be booked together with its twin villa next door for larger groups, providing accommodation for up to 22 people. The lower deck leads to a private jetty, outdoor dining and sun lounges, barbecue, the middle deck extends the living area complete with outdoor open fireplace, while the top deck ensures a private area adjacent to the main bedrooms also with an outdoor setting. Three levels of north facing decking give you immediate access to the water and stunning views across the canals, gippsland lakes and mountains. There is also a separate powder room and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
